All content within the app, including audio, text, and images, is the property of Calma Sutra LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent. The app is offered for general relaxation and everyday calm. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. ▸ Movement and breathing content in the app is for general wellness only; stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
